Sorry, this was on @Xbox , I directed this at @MicrosoftHelps and @MojangSupport because (I assume due to Family Safety) it wouldn’t show on her Xbox account, only on her Microsoft account page. @XboxSupport

Gotcha, thanks for the info! Subscriptions are managed by the digital store that they were purchased on, so for Xbox, you'd need to reach out to them for assistance cancelling or refunding charges. You can contact them by visiting support.xbox.com ^IV
