@MojangSupport I tried to renew my realm nearly a week ago. I am still getting error windows. I renewed via my iPhone subscriptions section.

Just to touch base with you, I filled out the online form and I received an email all about troubleshooting deleting or canceling a realm, which is absolutely not what my issue is. I don’t know this could get so mixed up, and I still have no realm after paying for it. I replied
