@MojangSupport Our Realm is crashing every couple hours, and each time it crashes, it resets the world to 30 minutes prior, losing us a bunch of progress. Is there a fix for this?

I've been there, it's super frustrating for your progress to get reset. Changing the world slot can help force the Realm to save properly. Before changing Realms slots, make sure to back up your world data. More information can be found in this guide: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

Thanks, we tried this, but our current world file is too big to reupload to a different slot (18.4gb) since we’ve played on it for the past 2.5 years. Is there any way around this/to fix this?
