Need help. In the game MINECRAFT DUNGEONS playing it installed on the Xbox Series S SSD, it does not connect with the game server, however, playing it on Xcloud it connects. What can it be? @MojangSupport @Mojang @dungeonsgame @XboxSupport

Hmm, that's strange. There may be a network issue preventing your local version of Dungeons from connecting. Have you tried any network troubleshooting so far, like disabling firewall and checking your NAT type? ^IV

Open NAT, all right, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the problem persists. When the game enters the initial menu it shows that the connection with the server is ok, however when starting the online game, it simply loses the connection with the server. I live in Brazil

But that's not all, when I open a chat group on Xbox Live, the group closes. And yes, my gold subscription is active. Another game that has a similar problem is GROUNDED.
