@MojangSupport having issues with Minecraft on PS5, in my world i am 2145791 blocks away from starting point in survival. Game is sluggish, huge fps drops, hard to jump up on blocks and can't move in water. How to fix this? In the nether i can move normal.

Are you playing on a WiFI or Hardwire connection? Restarting your router may be a good idea if you are playing on Hardwire. ^TK
