@MojangSupport Hi, I bought two versions of this game for my children. They can’t play together online. It blames privacy settings, but there aren’t any that should be affecting it.

Can you take a screenshot of the error message that you're receiving in the game? Once I have that, I'd be able to proceed from there. ^BT
