@MojangSupport @NintendoAmerica tried to play minecraft on my switch after making a new character and trying to make one with classic skin my switch froze. I tried to restart my switch it just went blank. screen was still lit but it was blank. I fixed it but why did this happen?

I'm not sure how much storage you have on your Nintendo Switch but sometimes if the Switch doesn't have much space it can cause freezing and crashing. Best to remove a few things if you're not using them to see if it helps :) ^TK
