@MojangSupport I bought the “weapon’s unlimited” world When I push the in-game “start game” button I teleport into a wall under the spot where I am supposed to spawn..and I suffocate/die .. please fix so I can play the game

I tried sending a ticket to Mojang support but I keep getting the message “unable to send because mailbox is full”

I think there is something wrong with my Microsoft account I might have to upgrade to the new version
