@MojangSupport @NintendoAmerica why is it so difficult to keep my realm subscription going??! It shows I have auto renewal on - I’ve been charged for the service - yet somehow my realm is listed as expired. I feel like I’m battling this every damn month. What gives?

Sometimes the subcription can hang and cause issue! I can escalate you to the team to set it up but I also want to suggest taking the world and starting a new subscription. That usually helps with the continuous renewal. ^TK

This is ridiculous- they closed my unresolved ticket and I submitted a new one and they answered a different question again. Comical at this point.

Just checked it out and no worries, the case is still open and it's being looked into by our agents! Please be patient in the meantime and they'll reach out to you as soon as they finish investigating. ^BT

I’m afraid they are just going to close my case like they did the last one without real resolution - any news? It’s been 6 days and my son has been on winter break from school. He hasn’t had access for almost that entire time. Any news??
