@MojangSupport @microsoft childs outlook got hacked & someone took over childs gamertag & email. Contacted both mojang & microsoft but still can’t access. It’s unfair that although we paid for the game, we cant access it anymore bc of a hack. Can anyone help?

There’s not much they can do for the hacked email account. We simply want access to our minecraft game. Will an email showing the migration be sufficient to get minecraft access again?

They will let you know what can be done. Make sure you specify the assistance is for a Microsoft account itself, and not just the Minecraft account as this can cause confusion which may lead to you being sent back to us. ^AM
