The @Minecraft Marketplace has a terrible interface on console. I just watched my s/o make an errant purchase when trying to get more info about an item. One touch and then the payment just processes without a confirmation. And, of course, no ready method to contact support.

And when I go to their @MojangSupport I am told I basically have no recourse but to talk to the console maker. But it doesn’t make sense because the transaction is happening on their web store.

Seems to be some confusion here! First, sorry about the accidental purchase. Second, you have to go the platform billing team because we don't have access to Playstation, IoS, Android, and so on's billing system. ^TK
