@MojangSupport how do I fix this, there is no help online whatsoever. It’s been like this for ever. I need help. Don’t direct me to the report a concern because when I do that, it tells me to change parental controls (everything is allowed and perfectly fine). I need help badly.

I did send a complaint form and received an email that has nothing pertaining to the issue. They sent back things about parental controls, which are all allowed and perfectly fine. I need help with this issue.
