That sounds frustrating. If your privacy settings are set up correctly, it could be a network issue. Can you try disabling your firewall to see if that allows you to connect? ^IV

my firewall is already disabled and the network settings are national standard! Could you look into this problem further? I already contacted support reporting this problem!
