@MojangSupport Hi, I’ve been trying to create my realm on ps4 for three days now, but I keep getting the same message below, I’m feeling scammed. I sent a support request at the minecraft help web, but they misunderstood the problem, I sent another one with the number 4771986.

Glad to hear that you were able to make a ticket! It looks like an automated message was what got to you, but an agent will get to you as soon as they reach your ticket. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! ^BT

Update: they fixed it, my realm was created and I can now play with my friends, they even renewed my subscription as compensation for the days I’ve lost. I am satisfied, thanks.
