That does sound frustrating. Is this for a custom skin in Minecraft: Java Edition, or a skin on the Minecraft Marketplace? If it's for Java, can your friends see other players' custom skins? If it's for a Bedrock edition, which platform are you playing on? ^IV

It was from marketplace, my friend also bought the same spongebob pack and I am able to see the skin he equipped. Also I’m playing on the PS5
