@MojangSupport I have bought and installed Java & Bedrock on computer. My son wants to play using his Microsoft account. When I change the login to his, Bedrock is playable, but Java is not. It shows a "Play Demo" button instead. Any ideas why that is?

Demo mode usually means you're not logging in with the correct credentials. Please make sure you're logging in with the right credentials and check this FAQ to see if it helps! help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^BT
