@MojangSupport my mother has two game accounts tied to her gmail, my brother and me. only my brother has been migrated to a microsoft account, and when i try to migrate my own account, microsoft opens my brother's account. i cannot migrate my own account, and i can't play anymore

Okay, so what's going to have to happen here is you're going to have to make a new Microsoft Account because it's only game per account. Then you can migrate over to the new Microsoft account from there. First step, make new Microsoft account. Second, migrate to account. ^TK

I think i'm confused lol! Didn't you just say you already have two copies of Minecraft: Java Edition but you can't tie them both to the same account? May have misread. T.T ^TK

the issue was that when i signed in with my mother's account on microsoft, it showed ONLY my brother's account, I can't find it, access it, or use it in any way what-so-ever

this is what i see here. When I press migrate, it takes me to the "my games" part of the profile, but on my brother's account. It just won't acknowladge that this gmail has two accounts. Please get back to me on this.
