@MojangSupport my kids got a minecraft gift card for Christmas but it is for Xbox and they have a ps4. Is there a way to exchange the Xbox code for a ps4 code so they can use it?

I always hated when that happened at Christmas! In this case, you would need to go to the vendor to have them refund the purchase of the card and then change it out for the one that you want. ^TK
