What troubleshooting steps have you tried and what platform do you happen to be playing on? Is it something you can hook up to a hardwire connection? ^TK

I have tried many steps but I cannot connect to servers I suspect it is because of my data but the strange thing is that it asks me for an account when I already have one unfortunately my cell phone does not pick up wifi game on android platform
