@MojangSupport @NintendoAmerica why is it so difficult to keep my realm subscription going??! It shows I have auto renewal on - I鈥檝e been charged for the service - yet somehow my realm is listed as expired. I feel like I鈥檓 battling this every damn month. What gives?

Sometimes the subcription can hang and cause issue! I can escalate you to the team to set it up but I also want to suggest taking the world and starting a new subscription. That usually helps with the continuous renewal. ^TK

When I鈥檓 in the @NintendoAmerica shop it shows I鈥檓 subscribed. However- the @MojangSupport side can鈥檛 see that. Does that help? Bc none of the solutions given has helped

This is ridiculous- they closed my unresolved ticket and I submitted a new one and they answered a different question again. Comical at this point.
