@MojangSupport trying to migrate my Mojang account to a Microsoft account and I keep getting this error -- I got this same error last time I tried a few months ago

Sorry to hear about this! If you could, can you make sure your Javascript is enabled and clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps? Also, give using another device and/or browser a try! ^BT

Cleared the cache, which got me through that screen! It told me it sent an email, but unfortunately, there's no email from any Mojang/Minecraft/Microsoft-affiliated account.

You can also try using a different web browser to log in to the website (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox)
Try restarting your device
Try using a different Internet connection, such as mobile data or a hotspot, if available.
