@MojangSupport Hey, for years I've been trying to log into my Microsoft account on my Minecraft on ps4 and it keeps saying that the account is already connected and it asks me to "connect my previous account" and no matter what i do i cannot connect an account

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM
