They made me convert my Minecraft account into a Microsoft account and I lost the username I鈥檝e been using for the last 12 years 馃槖

I can assure you that migration does not change your username. If your username is missing, this means you're logging in with the wrong Microsoft account. Check out bit.ly/3cluzz3 for possibilities and be sure to check any other Microsoft accounts you may have used! ^AM

Usernames don't change when migrating, but you may be referring to a Gamertag. You can check out this FAQ: bit.ly/3FNmr5C and for assistance with locating the correct account your username/profile was migrated to, please contact support.xbox.com ^AM
