Hello, it’s for a migration
I don’t have access to my old mail so I can’t receive the code
I need my transaction ID so I went back to my purchase but can’t find it. Where is it located?
when I have it what am I supposed to do to change my mail and migrate?

If you can't change your email yourself, our Accounts team can help. Please send us an email at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID and account name / Gamertag. If you don't have transaction ID, we may still be able to assist! ^AM

No worries! Our team has alternate ways to verify you. You can provide that info in the ticket (be sure you don't submit the full credit card number for your privacy, we only need last 4 digits) and the team will let you know if there is other information they need. ^AM
