@MojangSupport Hello, it’s for a migration I don’t have access to my old mail so I can’t receive the code I need my transaction ID so I went back to my purchase but can’t find it. Where is it located? when I have it what am I supposed to do to change my mail and migrate?

No worries! Our team has alternate ways to verify you. You can provide that info in the ticket (be sure you don't submit the full credit card number for your privacy, we only need last 4 digits) and the team will let you know if there is other information they need. ^AM

Last question, I received an mail back, it is automated but there is no link to talk to an actual person, do I have to wait for another mail or is this it?
Who created minecraft dungeons? Who can we talk to in order to get the maps resized to playable levels. I don't have 4-6 hours of uninterruptable playtime to spend per map. Anyone that let this out of your studio needs fired.
