Hi @MojangSupport, are you guys still in the process of giving out the vanilla capes? I still havent revice mine yet, so Ive been a bit worried that something happened with my account since some changes I did to it some 5 years ago

Ah, sorry, where can I get the transaction ID? Is it the one of the payment?

The Transaction ID came with the purchase of Minecraft with a Mojang account. If you don't have it no worries just submit the ticket up and they can still look into assisting you . ^TK

Yes I did this a few months back with the relevant information you straight up told me it’s not my account you don’t help anyone it was my account was my card etc you didn’t help at all
