I can't slide into your dm's BUT if you give me some more detail I can point you in the right direction at least. ^TK

Now you should be able to slide into my dm's. I can't migrate my Account because i have no longer access to my deposited email.

We don't support DM's at this time would have been the better thing to say! Please send us an email at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID and account name / Gamertag. ^TK
