Da willste nach fast 10 Jahren dich mal wieder bei @Minecraft einloggen und dann gibt es wohl den alten @MojangSupport Account nicht mehr 🙄 Müsste das Spiel wohl ein zweites Mal kaufen nachdem @MicrosoftDE übernommen hat 🤨

The chatbot gave me that link too. It just send me to a bing start page with just... nothing. Just the search bar and some news articles. No help at all, no minecraft or direct microsoft gaming or mojang related side. I used help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… but no idea if this fit 🤷‍♂️

Plus... I now have to wait. And I checked via some user name search sites my old name. It is available. Dont know if they just check microsoft usernames but, sounds a little bit unpromising 😐

Ahhh and plus my transaction ID. The paypal Transaction ID from what.. 2010/2011. Yeah I will not have that anymore 🤣

How long does it usualy take to get a support answer? I did not even got a ticket number or somethin like that 🙄

No worries, if you don't have your Transaction ID we have other ways to verify you. We're currently experiencing a bit longer than usual wait times but thank you for being patient! Someone will get back to you as soon as they are able. ^AM
