@MojangSupport I've got some troubles joining my friends world and. I don't know how to fix it. When I try to join after couple minutes a message appears on my screen saying that it took me too long conecting with the server.

This usually indicates a connection issue, please try connecting to hardwire if on Wi-Fi, and power-cycling your console and router. Also let us know if there is any other troubleshooting you've already tried if you still need assistance so we can rule them out! ^AM
