@MojangSupport Hi I am trying to migrate account to Microsoft from Mojang but no Minecraft purchase is shown on the migration page when I tried last week and trying again today I get the code again but is saying 'an error has occurred'.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps while also trying another device and/or browser? Also, make sure that your Javascript is enabled! ^BT
