@MojangSupport can any one help, I've brought my lad the 100 day hardcore mode off the Minecraft marketplace but have no idea how to launch the game mode 🤦🏻♂️

From the main menu, you should be able to select it from a list of your owned world templates by clicking Play > Create New. You should also find it under your "Owned Content" in the Marketplace and create a world with that! ^BT
