@MojangSupport hey is there any eta on when an agent should respond to me I recently opened a ticket to delete my profile they responded asking for information it’s been 18 hours with no reply yet

My ticket has been responded too. I’m attempting to delete my account but the agent has yet to respond for over 28 hours

Also I got another question. If I purchased minecraft via Microsoft store do I provide the Microsoft order ID for the transaction ID when contacting mojang?
