@MojangSupport I couldn't start Minecraft anymore. So I wanted to reinstall it. Unfortunately I can't download it anymore. I've already contacted support but haven't gotten anything helpful for over a week. What can I do to fix the problem?

You should be able to download directly from the storefront you bought it from or minecraft.net/download depending on your Edition. If you've submitted a ticket, please continue working with your agent and let them know if you still need assistance! ^AM
