@MojangSupport Your customer support is unbelievably poor. My child can't access the product she paid for and your response is "go bother Microsoft but don't mention it's about Minecraft" are you kidding me?!

Do you happen to have the ticket number? If the account is tied to a Microsoft account you would need to reach out to them as we don't have the tools to assist you with an account recovery. ^TK

And they tell me to reach out to you. Both companies need to figure this out. There's a lot of people affected by the incompetence of this account system. Just go to the Reddit page for Minecraft. Ticket #4726812
