@MojangSupport Any idea of why I can't access my realm on Xbox One or PC? I've reset both, I've reset the router and modem. Just says unable to connect.

Any bedrock realm I try to get into I can’t. Been this way for almost a week.

Are you getting any errors when tryign to join Realms? Are you playing on a WiFi or Hardwire connection? ^TK

It stays at the loading resources screen. I’m on Xbox one via wifi. This is happening to everyone on these realms. Nobody can access them or if they do get in it crashes within minutes

Whos the owner of the Realm and do they have a stable connection to the Server and are they playing on a hardwire connection? ^TK

It isn’t a connection issue. This is over 5 different realms with hundreds of people who cannot access them
