I tried that and i dont have my transaction ID

You should still be able to make a ticket without your transaction ID as we have other ways to verify. ^BT

I don't remember what my payment was and i don't see another method

When you submit the ticket, send the ticket from an email you still have access to. Do your best to send your information up as we're not able to help you with your account over Social Support. ^TK
