@Mojang @MojangSupport For some reason whenever I try to join someone on console or mobile it'll say unable to join world but whenever I join someone on desktop it'll always work. This glitch has been going on for 3 years now please help.

Is it the same Microsoft account being used on both Minecraft for Windows and your mobile device? Are all users/devices using Bedrock? And do you see any specific error messages when trying to join on console/mobile? Let us know so we can look further into this! ^AM

Yes my friends play on Bedrock, The same Microsoft account is being used for PC and Console. Ever since my friend joined me without me having PS plus I could never join my friends private worlds. And had to resort to Realms.
