@MojangSupport why did server just go down?

I'm not seeing any server issues taking place at this time. Are you playing on a WiFi or a Hardwire connection and what troubleshooting steps have you tired? ^TK

Everyone in our realm was kicked from the server. I play on a PS4 hard wired. The 2nd time we were kicked I was loaded into a wall and lost everything.

Are you the owner of the Realm, and if so, have you updated to the latest version? Do you see any error messages when you are disconnected? Let us know a bit more detail so we can offer some more assistance. ^AM

Nit the owner but he did update it. Also, I just went to the store and my coins are gone. I had 1640, now it says zero!! Is that a glitch? Will it be fixed?

First, sign all the way out of your MIcrosoft Account and sign back in to see if they are still not showing up for you. Let me know if they don't and i'll escalate you up to the Marketplace Team. ^TK
