Try making sure that all pre-existing files are deleted from your device. You can check this article for device storage locations: bit.ly/3gXBssQ. If you are using external storage, make sure local storage is clear as well! ^AM

But I have 50% free space in my mobile memory and I have no existing Minecraft pe file

This error message means that there is already a similarly named file somewhere in your phone. Make sure that you also don't have any conflicting files installed in a Secure or Hidden folder. After fully uninstalling and removing any files, be sure to restart your device. ^AM
