@MojangSupport Both Preview &regular Minecraft keep crashing when simply playing the game. In fact it's becoming unplayable mess on XboxoneS. My sister says it crashes when she's playing on her laptop. She's simply stopped playing.May do the same.

Can you tell us in a bit more detail what's happening when the game crashes? If you're doing anything specific when it happens or at random, what, if any troubleshooting you've already tried, etc. Crashes can be tricky, but we'll be happy to help if we have a bit more info! ^AM

I'm just playing the game. Or say in the create a game mode as well, I'll finish fixing how I want it done and press the button to start a game and it'll either wipe it completely or entire game shuts down and I have to restart each time.

Please make sure that you're updated to the latest version and have lots of memory available on your console. If you're still crashing, a fresh uninstall and reinstall may be the best course of action. ^AM
