This means the Microsoft account is incorrect, please try any other Microsoft account credentials you may have used in the past to link with that specific PSN and check out this FAQ for more info: bit.ly/3M5KiA3 ^AM

Hi, I mentioned in my post above I never have used a Microsoft Account to log in before. Can you reset this.
