We're on bedrock and on fb I'm in a minecraft group and I'm not the only one having this issue in realms

Bedrock, on which device? Lag usually indicates a poor connection. We suggest using hardwire if you are on WiFi to ensure a stable internet connection. Any third-party mods or texture packs can also cause lag. You may want to try disabling them to see if that helps. ^AM

My family and I are having this similar problem on bedrock but my son uses Java and has the same issue we can't even fly because the world isnt loading in , or just in spots we have to walk cause flying is impossible,we didn't have this problem before so it's not our conection

If you've ruled out connection issues, some other solutions may include ensuring your in-game video settings are set to the appropriate levels for your hardware, such as disabling fancy graphics or lowering render distance. Can you let us know what you've already tried? ^AM
