@MojangSupport discovered after a few months that my emeralds and items were wiped in Minecraft Dungeons. Earned back a couple of things, and got to keep my equipped items. Could someone help me out? My mojang acc is GIitch07

If you have a cloud save of your Hero, try downloading onto your device. Unfortunately, save data is stored locally and in the cloud and we don't have a way to retrieve lost Hero data. Check out this article bit.ly/3Gop7bI for ways to back up your Hero in the future. ^AM
