@MojangSupport I have a problem in minecraft bedrock, every time I enter minecraft, Alex's skin is selected automatically, even if I already had a skin selected before I last left what should i do to fix this?

Could be a corrupt file causing the issue. I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling, checking your firewall/antivirus to make sure it has permissions. ^TK
