@MojangSupport my friend can’t access Minecraft at all. He’s done everything to try and fix it. Uninstalled reinstalled, turn off and on his Xbox everything that we could think of and he can’t access it at all

Can you elaborate in a bit more detail? Is your friend unable to open the game whatsoever? Are there any error messages? We recommend a fresh reinstallation, but if you have tried that, we'll need just a bit more info about what's going on to look into this. ^AM

It won’t let him press the “A” button on Xbox to be able to get into the game. Like on the Home Screen of Minecraft. It won’t let him select “play” or anything. It’s almost like his controller is not connected but it is because it’s not an issue on other games.
