[2] @MojangSupport So, here are my questions: 1. Is the Vanilla Cape supposed to have rolled out to everyone yet? The Help Center article just says that the rollout "will continue into the coming months" and to "give it some time", which is what it's said since around September.

[3] @MojangSupport 2. Am I even supposed to have the Vanilla Cape when I was only sharing the game? If that's the case, then I'm fine with losing the cape, I just want it to be consistent across both editions. I hope you can answer me, because my OCD hates incomplete things.

I don't know what a Transaction ID is, but when I went to that link, there wasn't even a text field that was labeled as such. Also, I'm unsure about which category fits my issue. Plus, I don't know what "^AM" means. Could you please provide a bit more info about those things?

If you do not see Transaction ID in the form field, you can provide it in the text body if you have it. Check this article for more info: bit.ly/3VPBZfy. Your category would be "Account Support". AM is just for internal purposes, nothing to worry about. 🙂 ^AM

[3] See, the three subjects within Account Support don't seem very relevant compared to the ones within Technical and Marketplace Support. I don't want to pick the wrong subject, and Account Support's subjects appear to be incorrect. I need even more specific instructions. :(

[1] Okay, but should I choose Sign-In Questions or Change Account Information as the subject? Picking a subject is required (indicated by a red *), and whoever is writing these Tweets probably knows better than me which of those two is preferable.

It's not a bother at all! You can choose Sign-In Questions for this! As for your other questions, you can put the same e-mail for both of those slots! For your name, you can just put whichever you'd like us to address you as. :) ^BT

I'm pretty sure this will be my last question. Should I include "braintree:" in the Transaction ID field, or just the 8 characters that make up the ID itself? After I get this answer, I'm finally going to submit the form. Thanks for all the help! 💚🖤
