@MojangSupport hi, we can’t access our world since the new update. Playing ps4 game on ps5. Let’s us choose the save file but then crashes generating the world. Please help!

Sounds like there may be corruption that is taking place if you're unable to access it! Do you have any other backups you may be able to try to see if that helps? I'm assuming this is a Realm? ^TK
