@MojangSupport @Microsoft What can I do to not have to reenter my child's code into aka.ms/remoteconnect multiple times a day? I just had to do it 3 times in the last 10 minutes.

That is unusual behavior, but there may be a connection issue happening. What device are you using? ^AM

Nintendo Switch. I did it probably 4 times yesterday within an hour. I just did it again today. It also often takes 2 or 3 attempts to get it to work sometimes.

When loading MC, you may need to wait 1-2 mins and should log you in automatically, if not, you may be experiencing a known issue: bit.ly/3U4iQoR. If this is the case, we suggest upvoting this bug and adding a comment if you have any new information to provide. ^AM

We're expected to wait 1-2 minutes for the game to be ready for multiplayer? Ignoring my issues, that needs to be addressed. I'll vote for the issue, and I expect you all to look into it. This is a Microsoft issue. You have enough people to get this working.

Thanks for feedback! Great to keep in mind we're just the support team and are not able to fix issues from our end but when you get that issue upvoted the devs are able to work to get it resolved in a timely manner. ^TK

Just my 2 cents, Microsoft needs to throw more people into supporting the game. In this case though, this is clearly a Microsoft authentication server issue and they need to help. No hard feelings though. I have nothing but appreciation for your team.
