@MojangSupport I am getting this message on my Xbox when I try to play in my realms. I went to my Microsoft account and don’t see anything in my settings that disables my multiplayer permissions. What do I need to do to get back my realms?

All my setting are multiplayer options are already set to “allow” and I have no children in my Xbox account. Do you have any other ideas.
