@MojangSupport how is it that no one on your support team understands that I cannot create a ticket on an account with an email I cannot access? And how is it that no one on your support team understands that an entirely different account is not receiving a password reset email..

You should be able to fill out the ticket with an e-mail that you do have access to. Just make sure to note that in the ticket itself and our team should be able to help. ^BT
