@MojangSupport haven't been able to log into my realm since yesterday, I've tried resetting my WiFi router several times, reinstalled the game a couple times, and still can't get on Realms on my Xbox or my Switch

Does it give you an error message when trying to access your Realm? If so, please provide a screenshot and we'd be happy to help! ^BT

I get this same error message on both my switch and Xbox one. I can connect to the marketplace and servers, but haven't been able to log into realms since yesterday morning.
